Room Reservations
A room will be reserved for you and one guest age 21+ at Sanctuary Cap Cana to coincide with your travel dates as you indicate on the registration form. Room cost, tax, and resort fees will be covered over the group dates of January 28 -February 1, 2026 (4 nights). You will be responsible for the cost of additional nights should you wish to extend your stay.
If you choose to extend your stay, Distinctive Meetings, Inc. must approve this request with the hotel before flights are booked.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in extending your trip, there is limited hotel availability. We highly suggest requesting a pre-trip extension, as post-trip availability is restricted.
